Try Ace Virtual Shooting worry free! We are sure you will love Ace. If for some reason you do not, you can return your handset or holster within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Memberships to the Ace VR App are non-refundable but may be canceled anytime.  

Ship the hardware or request a return label no later than 15 days after the Delivery Date as recorded by the shipping carrier.

Place our Hardware Return Request Form and your hardware in the original or similar protective packaging.

We will refund your hardware purchase after your hardware is received in like-new condition along with the completed Hardware Return Request Form.
