Jack Carr: The Redemption Series

These Official Terms and Conditions (“Rules”) govern the Jack Carr: The Redemption Series competition (“Competition”) sponsored and administered by ACEXR, LLC.

By participating in the Competition, each participant agrees to be bound by these Rules and by the decisions of the Company, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Competition.

Competition Overview

The Competition is a skill-based virtual reality shooting contest in which eligible participants compete for a top score based solely on performance and scores achieved during gameplay.

There are no prizes of any kind associated with achieving the highest qualifying scores on the official leaderboard during the Competition Period. Chance plays no role in determining winners.

The Company’s server clock and leaderboard records are the official timekeeping and scorekeeping mechanisms for the Competition.

Only gameplay sessions completed during the Competition Period will be eligible.

Eligibility & Membership

• Participation is limited to participants who are active Ace Virtual Shooting members in good standing at the time of the skill-based virtual competition.
• Membership must remain active through the conclusion of the event to be acknowledged as having received a top score.
• Participants must comply with these Rules and all applicable platform terms of service.
• Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Company or its affiliates may be excluded from participation at Company’s discretion.
• The Competition is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Skill-Based Competition; No Lottery or Sweepstakes; No Prizes

• The Competition is a bona fide contest of skill in which winners are determined solely by objective gameplay performance and leaderboard rankings.
• No random drawing, chance selection, or luck-based mechanism is used to determine winners. There are no physical prizes of any kind that will be awarded in relation to the virtual competition.
• Access to the Competition is limited to individuals with active accounts on the Ace platform because the Competition occurs within the platform ecosystem and requires platform authentication, gameplay tracking, leaderboard administration, and enforcement of competitive integrity rules.
• The requirement to maintain an active account is intended solely as a condition of platform access and participation eligibility and not as consideration for the opportunity to win a prize by chance.
• Skill, accuracy, reaction time, gameplay proficiency, and leaderboard performance exclusively determine Competition outcomes.

If any governmental authority or applicable law determines that the Competition may constitute a sweepstakes, lottery, gambling activity, or other regulated promotion in any jurisdiction, Company reserves the right to: void participation from that jurisdiction; modify the Competition structure; or cancel the Competition — in each case as necessary to preserve legal compliance.

Leaderboard Rules

• The Company will track participant scores using the official in-platform leaderboard system. The leaderboard maintained by the Company is final, conclusive, and binding.
• For each participant, only the first three (3) completed scores achieved per calendar day during the Competition Period will be eligible for inclusion on the leaderboard. Any additional attempts or scores beyond the first three completed gameplay sessions per day will not count toward the leaderboard.
• The Company reserves the right to verify gameplay data and remove scores resulting from: cheating exploits, automation, manipulation, unauthorized hardware or software, impersonation, bugs or glitches, collusion, or any conduct deemed by the Company to be unfair or inconsistent with the spirit of the skill-based Competition.

Winner Notification

• At the conclusion of the Competition Period, top scores will be awarded to the eligible participants holding the highest qualifying scores on the official leaderboard. Top scores will be posted on social media, and communicated via email to Ace members.
• In the event of a tie, the Company may apply one or more of the following tie-breakers, in its sole discretion: earliest qualifying score achieved; highest cumulative accuracy; or shortest completion time.
• The Company’s determination of winners is final and binding.
• There are no physical prizes of any kind associated with this virtual competition.
• Ace is not responsible for undelivered, misdirected, or spam-filtered notification emails. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure their email address on file is current and accurate.

Right to Modify or Cancel

• Ace Virtual Shooting and Jack Carr reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the event, or alter competition rules, with or without notice.
• In the event of a technical failure, error, or circumstances beyond Ace’s control, Ace reserves the right to void affected entries.

General

By participating, participants grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to use their gamer tags; usernames; leaderboard rankings; gameplay footage; screenshots; voice communications; and likenesses for promotional, marketing, broadcast, and Competition administration purposes, unless prohibited by law. Participant information collected in connection with the Competition will be used in accordance with the Company’s privacy policy.

• Participation in virtual reality activities may involve risks including dizziness, nausea, eye strain, disorientation, physical injury, or other adverse effects. Participants assume all risks associated with participation and are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of safely participating. Participants should discontinue participation immediately if discomfort occurs.
• Any individual who purchases an Ace membership due to interest in this event represents that they understand that no prize is associated with this competition, even if they ultimately receive the top score.

Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release and hold harmless AceXR, LLC and Jack Carr and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors, platform providers, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or injuries arising from: participation in the Competition; technical failures; gameplay interruptions; leaderboard inaccuracies; VR-related injuries; or participant misconduct.

The Company is not responsible for: server outages; internet disruptions; hardware malfunctions; software errors; corrupted data; or unauthorized access.
